In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phl99 Account. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. phl99 will never ask you to provide your password or OTP code via any communication channel, including Live Chat or email. You must notify phl99 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your Account.

phl99 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to submit additional documentation to verify your identity, address, source of funds, or age. All bonuses, promotions, free credits, cashback offers, and leaderboard prizes offered by phl99 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Each promotion may be claimed only once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in Bonus Funds and are separated from real-money Balance until wagering requirements are fulfilled.

The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on phl99 bonuses is twenty-five times (25×) the bonus amount. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — sports bets and live casino bets typically contribute at different rates to slot wagering contributions. Any attempt to abuse phl99 promotions — including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies that exploit bonus mechanics, bonus-pooling between players, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. phl99 uses fraud detection systems to identify and act on bonus abuse.

Each game available on phl99 operates according to the specific rules of that game as defined by the game's software provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's information panel.

All random outcomes on phl99 — including slot outcomes, card draws, and number draws — are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. phl99's RNG systems are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories accredited under applicable PAGCOR requirements. The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using someone else's identity, payment method, or Account without their explicit authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers;
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent phl99's software, security, or payment systems;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including proceeds of crime;
• Abusing promotions in any manner described in Section 6.3;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phl99 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the phl99 Platform — including but not limited to the phl99 brand name, logo, trademarks, domain name, website design, software architecture, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of phl99 or its licensed providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without phl99's prior written consent. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:

• phl99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• phl99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, profits, or data;
• phl99's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• phl99 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to meet Wagering Requirements, providing incorrect payment details, or participating from a restricted jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits phl99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

phl99 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and entertaining gaming environment for all Philippine players. The following responsible gaming provisions are binding on phl99 and available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account dashboard. Requested reductions take effect immediately. Requested increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Republic Act No. 9487 (the New PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and all applicable PAGCOR circulars and regulations. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

phl99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, for any reason, including changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The revised Terms will be published at phl99.vip/terms-conditions with an updated Effective Date. Where amendments are material, phl99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via account notification or email. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes the Player's binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
